System Transformation Monthly Update - September 2018
The transformed disability support system in Mid-Central's will 'go live' on 1 October.
New dates for the live streaming information sessions have just been announced, including a session to inform government officials.
The live streaming sessions are scheduled for:
- Government officials: 20 September, 10am - 10.30am
- Providers: 21 September 11am -11.30am
- Family and whanau: 26 September 6.30pm - 7pm
- Disabled people: 27 September, 6.30pm - 7pm. Lorna Sullivan, Director of the Kaituhono/Connector team will be joining Sacha O'Dea for this session.
Each session provides an opportunity to ask questions. You can choose to ask questions during the session via YouTube or by emailing a question in advance to STfeedback@moh.govt.nz . If you would like your name or organisation withheld when the question is asked please make sure you request that.
