The position has been held by Ken Bowater who has been on a 12-month secondment from the Ministry of Education - this comes to an end at the end of August.  We have been very fortunate to have Ken’s experience, knowledge and hard work available to the NZSL Board.


There are two positions in the Office for Disability Issues supporting the NZSL Board and its work programme – a Senior Advisor role and an Advisor role.


The Senior Advisor is the position being advertised.


It is an important role and the Senior Advisor will work alongside the Advisor in the Office for Disability Issues supporting the NZSL Board and its work programme.


Both positions report to the Director of the Office for Disability Issues.
