03: Auckland Social Policy Forum Discussion Document –Feedback Period Extended.
The feedback period on the Auckland Social Policy Forum has been extended through until Monday 21 June 2010. This is to ensure community organisations and individuals who are still completing their discussions and preparing feedback have the opportunity for their views and ideas to be heard.

04: Specialist Education Services for Deaf and Hearing Impaired Children.
The Ministry for Education is seeking feedback on a discussion paper about the service delivery arrangements to better meet the needs of deaf and hearing impaired children.
This will be of interest to parents, schools, advocacy groups and service providers with an interest in dead education.
The closing date for submissions is 5 pm Monday 28 June 2010.
05: Skills for Wellbeing, 2020.
"Skills for Wellbeing, 2020" is a proposed workforce development framework for social services and community building. Feedback is needed from people, organisations and networks interested in the wellbeing of people and communities on a 10-year strategy for the social services and community sector and workforce.

06: Human Rights Commission - draft chapter on the Rights of Disabled People.
The Human Rights Commission is updating its Status Report and Action plan to reflect the human rights issues of 2010, what has improved and what still needs improving.
A draft of the chapter on "The Rights of Disabled People" is now available for comment and feedback. The draft disability chapter or a summary is available in alternative formats including:
- Easy Read English, together with an explanation on the status report
- New Zealand Sign Language: live on the HRC website and on DVD
- Braille and audio tape (both cassette and DVD)
- Te Reo Māori.
The consultation period will run until Friday 9 July 2010.
As part of the consultation the Human Rights Commission and Auckland Disability Law are hosting a workshop for disabled people, their whanau, and people involved in the disability community to:
- Find out about the review of human rights and what it says about the rights of disabled people
- Give feedback about what is in the draft report, and what else should be added
- Get information about how to make your own submission
- Give the Human Rights Commission information to use in their report on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
- Talk about how Aucklanders can be involved in writing our own report on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

07: Inland Revenue online.
Inland Revenue is consulting about changes to the tax system. The document sets outs out a number of options for improving the administration of the tax system and making it more certain and speedy for people to interact with Inland Revenue. The information has been divided under useful headings: non-profit, individuals, businesses and employers, and software developers.
You can participate in an online discussion forum and read the document. Submissions close Friday 23 July 2010.
