16: Health and Disability Commissioner medico-legal seminar 24 March Wellington.
The Health and Disability Commissioner is hosting a seminar where some of New Zealand's medico-legal experts reflecting on the last decade of health law. This will also be an opportunity to farewell the current Health and Disability Commissioner.

17: Standards Plus 2010 – “No one alone”: call for papers
Standards Plus is inviting people to submit a brief proposal for the No One Alone conference planned for 20-22 September 2010. The conference will explore issues of isolation and loneliness in the lives of disabled people. Standards Plus is an independent agency promoting leadership and outcome-based quality in services for disabled people, people with experience of mental illness and older people. Individuals and groups who wish to contribute their knowledge to this event may submit an abstract for consideration by 20 April 2010.
